What This Tool Measures
This tool uses FBI-reported hate-crime data to show South Asian-relevant proxy indicators. Anti-Asian, Anti-Hindu, and Anti-Sikh are the closest FBI categories for South Asian community relevance; Anti-Islamic (Muslim) and Anti-Arab are included as related context, not exact South Asian counts. Offense types describe offenses recorded in hate-crime incidents, not offenses committed by targeted communities.
